The board is made up of a Board of Trustees and Governing Council.
The Board of Trustees consists of seven to eleven members. Nine people have been elected and are responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operation of CM and its committees. The Trustees meet monthly.
The Governing Council consists of up to two representatives from each sponsoring church and is responsible for acting as liaisons to their churches and the community as well as working on committees. The Governing Council meets bi-monthly.
