We know that we can’t do everything ourselves, so we work with other select agencies to provide wrap around services. Those agencies and services include:
Hunger Free Colorado – SNAP sign up and food pantry referrals
Energy Outreach Colorado – provides grant funding to help families pay utility bills.
Colorado Pet Pantry – Pet food for low income families
Martinez Mobile Dental – Provides free cleanings, x-rays, exams and referrals.
Denver Public Schools Family and Community Engagement – GED, ESL, budgeting classes
Mi Casa – job training, legal and financial services
Benefits in Action – assists with SNAP sign up
Independent Insurance agents – Help with navigating Medicare and the Affordable Care Act.
